Erin Massey

Erin provides food-focused programming in Transylvania County. Reoccurring program topics include fermentation (sourdough, kimchi, kombucha and sauerkraut), Med instead of Meds, hands on cooking (herbs, high fiber meals, plant based meals and meal prep), and Parenting Independent Eaters. Outside of Food based learning, Erin offers family-forward educational session for topics such as radon awareness, incorporating physical activity into daily life, Medicare insurance counseling, emergency preparedness and more.
