Using a knife correctly and safely is very important. Learn how to slice, dice, and chop with Tracy Davis, Family and Consumer Sciences Extension Agent, Rutherford County. You’ll also learn the basics that you need to know before you even pick up a knife that will give you the secrets to getting faster, better, and more confident with a sharp blade.

Stir Fry and Rice

Emily Troutman, Family and Consumer Sciences Extension Agent from Burke County will demonstrate how to make an easy Beef Stir Fry and how to cook rice perfectly. These simple recipes will be shared with you so you can create them for your family and friends.
