How to Nominate

Deadline

Please submit your nominations to Sarah either by email at seholden@ncsu.edu or by dropping the form off at the Extension Office by April 15th.

Award Presentation

The winners of Volunteer and Member of the Year will be announced during the County Activity Day awards ceremony on Saturday, May 18th, 2024. Join us in celebrating their achievements and contributions!
