The Master Gardener “Plant This, Not That” demonstration garden at Silvermont Park, 364 E. Main St. Brevard, was created to guide gardeners in choosing native plants rather than non native invasive plants for their landscapes.

These plants not only provide the same look and texture as non native plants, but also offer similar features and growing habits, all while providing critical habitat for native wildlife.
