Lean to can tomatoes in this upcoming collaborative class between Transylvania and Buncombe County. Hosted by Family and Consumer Science agents, Cathy Hohenstein and Erin Massey, these 2 hour workshops will teach you the basics of home canning. Make choice Salsa with a water bath canner or can whole tomatoes with a pressure canner. Salsa classes are being offered in both buncombe county and Transylvania. Midday Classes are each $15.
