Gardening in Transylvania County 2014

The Transylvania County Cooperative Extension Service is offering a series of classes on successful home vegetable gardening. We will be presenting on a wide range of topics appropriate for the home gardener, particularly those new to gardening.  Classes will be held on Mondays from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. at the Community Services Building conference room 98 East Morgan St., Brevard, with hands in the soil opportunities at our Nourishing NC Community Garden on the corner of Gaston and Morgan St. February 3rd, 2014- Our first class of the year went great with plenty of great helpers to get our raised beds built (see below).
